John Jewett, Managing Director

John Jewett is a veteran of over 30 years in high tech. He has served as CEO, CFO or General Counsel of leading hardware, software, and Internet companies, including RCA Computer, Univac, Data General, Apollo Computer, BluePoint Technologies (sold to Adobe Systems in 1990), PointCast, and Switchboard. John has helped raise nearly $300 million in equity capital through private and public offerings, and has negotiated more than 30 mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S. and abroad. John holds a BA from Trinity College (CT), a JD from the University of Connecticut, an LL.M from the London School of Economics, and a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard. He is a member of the Connecticut and Pensylvania Bars and a member of the Middle Temple, Inns of Court, England.

Ed Goldman, Managing Director

Ed’s career in law and business has spanned some 35 years. Ed has served in various capacities including CEO, Chief Lobbyist, General Counsel, International Counsel and Asia Pacific Regional Manager to major high tech companies including Sperry Univac, Sperry Corporation, Apollo Computer, EMC Corporation and the Madison Group. He has managed and negotiated a wide variety of business transactions in both the domestic and international environment and has lived and worked in both Europe and Asia. He holds a BA from Brown University and a JD from Georgetown Law School, where he also served as Adjunct Professor of Contract law. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
